Credit Risk Manager

This role involves building and leading Skip's second-line Credit Risk function to establish independent assurance, robust policy frameworks, and scalable reporting for a growing loan book. The successful candidate will own risk appetite, credit policy governance, and quality assurance while collaborating with operations and engineering to embed controls into AI-enabled processes. Reporting to the Head of Operations with a dotted line to the Head of Credit, the position offers a unique opportunity to design a modern risk function from first principles.
