Credit Risk Practitioner

A Credit Risk Practitioner at Bankwest plays an active role in designing, implementing, and optimizing credit strategies across the full lifecycle to improve customer outcomes and portfolio performance. The position requires combining analytical capability with sound judgment to own credit problems end-to-end, bridging the gap between reporting and actionable decision quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and Operations to embed governance and drive modernization within the risk function.
