About this role
The Credit Strategy Data Analyst will support expansion of the earned wage access (EWA) product by shaping data-driven credit risk strategies, model design, and reporting. The role focuses on building data foundations, forecasting tools, and analysis to balance product growth with portfolio risk. The analyst will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to operationalize insights and support policy and decisioning updates.
