Credit Structuring Role

This role involves designing and managing credit structures for diversified pools of non-investment grade compute tenant offtake, transforming them into rated, investable instruments. You will build quantitative models for pool composition and stress testing, while owning the end-to-end relationship with credit rating agencies. The position requires collaboration with founders, legal counsel, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between financial engineering, legal architecture, and platform capabilities.
