About this role

Crestwood’s Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program is a paid, 160-hour training course (60 theory hours and 100 clinical hours) preparing participants to assist nurses in skilled nursing and behavioral health settings. The program includes hands-on skill labs, clinical rotations, and eligibility to sit for the State Certification Examination upon successful completion. Classes run Monday–Friday with a start date in March 2026 and include a mandatory orientation the week prior.
