Responsibilities

• Book and oversee hotel accommodations and ground transportation for flight crew, pilot crews, and ad-hoc staff
• Handle emergency relocations of crew members ensuring timely resolutions to avoid operational delays
• Act as primary liaison between client Crew Scheduling and internal teams to meet operational requirements
• Manage payments to hotel and transportation vendors in accordance with contractual terms
• Report incidents professionally to supervisors and operations management while maintaining policy adherence
