Crew and Shift Leader

This role involves preparing, baking, and serving freshly made pretzels and other products while delivering a high-quality customer experience. The position requires greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Shift Leaders also oversee restaurant operations, manage employee schedules, and assist with training new staff.
