Crew Chief

The Crew Chief is a working field leader responsible for leading and coordinating daily field operations within assigned city services, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards. This position serves as the primary point of contact between field crews and management, providing technical expertise, leadership, and direction in the maintenance and repair of public infrastructure and assets. The role involves supervising crews, enforcing safety policies, managing equipment and materials, and responding to citizen inquiries and emergency situations.
