Crew Ground Experience Coordinator

The Crew Ground Experience Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of the crew food program and serves as a key advocate for the crew ground experience at FBOs. This role manages tactical crew catering operations, coordinates with suppliers and crews, and analyzes feedback to identify service trends and drive improvements. The position partners with internal teams and external providers, including limited travel to FBO locations to gather firsthand feedback and directly support crew members.
