Crew Leader

The Crew Leader leads small to medium-sized crews in the safe and efficient setup and breakdown of event rental equipment, including tent structures, staging, and temporary flooring. This role ensures installations meet company standards, safety regulations, and client expectations while coordinating with Sales, Project Managers, and Operations. The position requires on-site supervision, equipment maintenance, and professional client interaction to deliver high-quality event services.
