Crew Manager

This leadership role oversees day-to-day crewing operations and serves as the onshore HR point of contact for the local Brazil team. The position requires managing crew compliance, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring efficient and compliant crew operations in alignment with company policies and maritime regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HQ, vessel operations, clients, unions, and local management to optimize crew mobilization and HR processes.
