Crew Member

The Crew Member role at Wegmans involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold food items, including meals, salads, sandwiches, and items from the hot foods bar. Team members are responsible for building customer relationships, providing excellent service, and following proper food preparation and storage procedures. This position is part of the restaurant foods team, supporting departments such as the pizza shop, sub shop, sushi, and salad areas.
