The Crew Operator at Maersk Tankers supports the day-to-day delivery of crewing operations across an assigned fleet, ensuring vessels are manned safely with compliant crew. This role involves executing crew planning, managing crew changes, coordinating logistics, and handling certification follow-up and administration tasks. The position requires close collaboration with seafarers, vessels, manning agencies, and the global Crewing team in Singapore.
