Crew Supervisor

The Crew Supervisor implements the mission of the LA Conservation Corps by supervising a team of 5-9 program participants aged 14-18. This role focuses on developing the educational and work skills of young people through leadership, project coordination, and community service projects. The position involves providing direct contact and mentorship to corpsmembers in a respectful and nurturing environment.
