Crew Tech Lead

The Crew Tech Lead serves as the senior technology leader for the Finance Core Platforms team, accountable for the engineering direction, architecture, and operational performance of Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger (PSGL) and the Oracle EPM platform. This role involves setting the technology strategy, reducing technical debt, and ensuring the resilience and security of critical financial systems that support accounting, consolidation, and reporting processes. The position requires strong collaboration with finance business owners, engineering teams, and Oracle to drive platform modernization and maintain financial data integrity.
