Crewing Manager

This role focuses on developing and implementing a comprehensive crewing strategy to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and best-in-class crew management for all vessels. The position involves overseeing daily crew operations, including relief and rotation planning, while ensuring strict compliance with safe manning certificates, flag state regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. Additionally, the role requires managing crew costs, performance evaluations, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
