Criminal Justice Specialist

The Criminal Justice Specialist will provide technical expertise to the Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Protection Task Force in Tanzania, supporting the investigation and prosecution of serious and organized crime, particularly online child sexual exploitation and abuse. The role involves mentoring leadership and investigators on complex case management, digital evidence gathering, and international cooperation, while ensuring compliance with human rights standards and Tanzanian legislation. The specialist will also guide the development of performance monitoring systems and the implementation of innovative investigative techniques to drive systemic change.
