Crisis Counsellor

This position provides crisis counselling and support to callers on Klinic’s various crisis line services, with a focus on the sexual assault crisis line. Staff also deliver in-person support to individuals who have experienced sexual and intimate partner violence within an interdisciplinary model. The role involves mentoring new volunteer advocates, assessing caller needs and risk, and providing out-of-building support at medical facilities and with law enforcement.
