Crisis Counselor

Bridgeway Inc. is seeking a Crisis Counselor to join its Crisis Services Team, providing community-based crisis intervention, assessment, and stabilization services to individuals and families experiencing acute behavioral health crises across a four-county service area in west central Illinois. The role involves responding to mobile crisis referrals, conducting onsite assessments, and facilitating stabilization in the least restrictive setting clinically appropriate. This position requires clinical competence, sound judgment, and the ability to function effectively in dynamic and high acuity environments, including afterhours and on-call availability.
