Crisis Counselor

This role provides triage, crisis counseling, and on-demand linkage in various settings, including homes, schools, and community locations, with a 60-minute on-site response time. The position involves conducting screenings, developing safety plans, and coordinating psychiatric appointments to stabilize individuals and families during crises. The counselor also facilitates post-intervention care coordination and provides after-hours crisis services on a rotation schedule.
