Crisis Intervention Therapist

The Crisis Therapist at MultiCare provides crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning within the Behavioral Health team. This role involves coordinating inpatient and outpatient care, screening patients for substance use issues, and facilitating involuntary detainment evaluations when necessary. Therapists represent the organization with community groups and work closely with allied providers to manage consumer mental and emotional health.
