Crisis Interventionist

The Crisis Interventionist provides timely behavioral health assessments and support to patients in the Emergency Department and Psychiatry settings. This role evaluates patients presenting with mental health crises, collaborates with medical providers to determine appropriate disposition and treatment, and serves as a resource for patients, families, and the community. In inpatient behavioral health settings, the clinician also provides individual, group, and family counseling as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
