Crisis Outreach Professional

The Crisis Outreach Professional is part of a 24-hour Acute Care team that provides intervention and support to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. This role involves responding to crisis calls, conducting community assessments, and coordinating with emergency responders and community partners to stabilize situations in the least restrictive setting possible. The position requires collaboration with treatment teams to determine appropriate levels of care and arrange necessary placements or hospitalizations.
