Crisis Outreach Professional

The Crisis Outreach Professional is part of a 24-hour Acute Care team providing intervention and support to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. This role involves responding to crisis calls, conducting community assessments, and coordinating with emergency responders and community partners to determine the appropriate level of treatment. The position focuses on stabilizing crises in the least restrictive setting possible while ensuring the safety of the individual and the community.
