Crisis Prevention Coordinator

The Crisis Prevention Coordinator supports clients at the Weinberg Housing and Resource Center by providing crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals facing complex challenges such as mental health conditions, substance use, trauma, and housing instability. The role involves de-escalating crises, promoting safety, and connecting clients to behavioral health, medical, and supportive resources to improve their stability and well-being. This position works closely with case management staff and community partners to offer grounding, practical guidance, and an anchor in reality for clients experiencing intense emotions and difficult situations.
