Crisis Provider - Lead

The Crisis Provider - Lead serves as the first point of contact for individuals experiencing emotional crises, providing face-to-face, telephone, and mobile crisis intervention, counseling, and referrals to mental health and community resources. The role involves assessing consumer needs, developing safety and crisis plans, and coordinating with various community services and agencies. The Lead also guides the team, organizes workflow, and reports on overall team functioning.
