Crisis Residential Services Staff

This position provides crisis residential services focused on the emergency placement of youth, monitoring program services to ensure safety, and supporting individuals in reaching their goals. The role involves ensuring recipients' basic needs are met, teaching and reinforcing skills through role modeling and behavior management, and establishing positive relationships with youth. The position requires completing required documentation, maintaining a safe and orderly environment, and may include providing transportation to recipients.
