WoodGreen Community Services
The Crisis & Resource Counsellor provides telephone and web chat support for seniors and caregivers, conducting screenings, risk assessments, and crisis de‑escalation while coordinating referrals and case management. The role works collaboratively with health and community partners in a hybrid setting to ensure client‑centred care and maintain accurate documentation and data reporting.
WoodGreen Community Services is a Toronto-based non-profit social services agency that works to meet the unmet needs of thousands of local residents each year. It delivers a broad range of community programs — including housing and homelessness prevention, employment and skills training, childcare, settlement supports and seniors’ services — to help individuals, families, youth and seniors achieve stability and independence. WoodGreen operates community resource centres, affordable housing and program partnerships across the city and engages in advocacy to promote inclusion and well-being.
