About this role

Qualified Behavioral Health Professional III (Crisis Responder) supporting Mobile Crisis Management across Rutherford, McDowell, and Mitchell counties. The role provides on-call crisis coverage (15-hour shifts from home/community) responding to individuals of all ages with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges. Staff are expected to be QP-qualified, live in the vicinity of one of the three counties, and work rotating non-traditional schedules aimed at avoiding inpatient hospitalization.
