Crisis Stabilization Clinician - Flex Substitute (Per Diem)

About this role
Provides counseling services to adolescents with substance use and mental health issues, including individual and family therapy, group facilitation, and development of behavioral treatment plans. Works as part of a multidisciplinary team to conduct assessments, document progress, obtain authorizations, and participate in aftercare planning. Position supports delivery of gender- and culturally-competent care within the Community Health Link program.
