Critical Account Team - Advanced Customer Engineer

The Advanced Customer Engineer provides senior-level technical leadership and expertise to support HPE's largest and most strategic customers through the Critical Account Program. This role involves resolving complex technical challenges, driving engagement with engineering teams to address product defects, and delivering remote or on-site support for critical customer issues.
