The position is a part‑time, non‑exempt RN role for current UMass Memorial Health caregivers, working 12‑hour night shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) on a rotating schedule that includes every fourth weekend and every third holiday. The RN will provide direct patient care in the Critical Care Float Pool, utilizing the nursing process from admission to discharge and collaborating with the care team.
