About this role
The role provides urgent and critical care to patients transported via Life Flight and Mobile Life, assisting the critical care transport nurse with assessment, planning, and evaluation of care. The position supports both airborne and ground transport environments and requires clinical competency across all patient age groups. The associate represents Mercy Health during transports and coordinates with hospital and EMS teams to facilitate patient needs.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Accredited Paramedic Program
- 3+ Years Paramedic Experience
- Ohio Paramedic License
- FP-C or CCP-C (CAMTS) — required or within 1 year
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) or Equivalent
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS)
- BCLS Instructor (Preferred)
