A Paramedic on Mercy Health’s Life Flight team supports critical care transport operations for air and ground transfers, based out of Life Flight 1 at Mercy St. Vincent. The role is part of the hospital’s regional referral mission and requires transport-environment readiness and advanced clinical certifications. New hires are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited Paramedic Program
- Current Paramedic License (State of Ohio)
- CAMTS Advanced Certification (FP-C or CCP-C) - required/obtain within 1 year
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) or Equivalent
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Advanced Life Support Certification
- Michigan Paramedic License (Preferred)
- BCLS Instructor (Preferred)
