Critical Facilities Manager

The Critical Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of data center facility operations to ensure 100% availability for T5’s customers. This role is responsible for managing the physical infrastructure, budgets, and vendor relationships while leading and developing a team of technicians and junior managers. The manager serves as the primary customer-facing contact for facility-related issues and coordinates site transitions from construction to operations. The position also ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards at the Des Moines, IA site.
