Critical Facilities Technician

The Critical Facilities Technician (CFT) is responsible for operating and maintaining critical and non-critical infrastructure, equipment, and systems within a data center environment. The role supports 24/7 facility operations to ensure safety, reliability, and continuous uptime for enterprise and hyperscale customers. This position emphasizes adherence to company standards, industry best practices, and ongoing training and development. The technician also contributes to documentation, standards development, and facility data accuracy throughout the data center lifecycle.
