Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor critical mechanical and electrical equipment 24/7
Perform installation, repair, and troubleshooting on HVAC and fire suppression systems
Coordinate electrical operations and oversee contractor work for safe compliance
Respond immediately to emergency situations and equipment failures
Execute and document preventive and corrective maintenance work orders
