Responsibilities

Maintain critical and non-critical mechanical and electrical machinery
Operate and monitor HVAC, plumbing, and generator systems
Respond immediately to emergency situations and equipment failures
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance work orders
Oversee third-party contractors and enforce safety procedures
