About this role

The Critical Facilities Technician ensures 24/7 uptime and reliability of data center infrastructure by monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting power distribution, cooling, fire suppression, and environmental control systems. The role works night shifts, collaborates with engineering and site leadership, and follows safety and change control procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain chilled water cooling systems
Monitor power and environmental conditions in critical spaces
Perform maintenance tasks using the internal CMMS
Support and escort outside contractors while enforcing safety policies
Respond to site incidents and document MOP/EOP procedures
