About this role

The Critical Operations Technician I monitors building systems, installs and repairs IT/electrical/machinery in high-availability data centers, and provides remote hands support and customer assistance. This role involves managing work orders, maintaining tickets in a tracking system, and adhering to strict operational procedures for a 24/7/365 environment. Team members must perform on-site duties to ensure the safe and compliant operation of critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain IT, electrical, and mechanical equipment
Monitor critical building systems and conduct routine assessments
Provide remote hands support and install customer equipment
Manage and update tickets within the operational system
Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical infrastructure
