About this role

The Critical Operations Technician I ensures the proper functioning of IT, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment within a 24/7 data center environment through installation, repair, and routine monitoring. This role involves providing remote hands support, managing facility tickets, escalating alerts, and performing hardware and software configuration tasks. The position requires on-site presence for both daily operations and emergency response in the facility.
