About this role

The Critical Operations Technician I supports a 24x7x365 data center environment by installing, repairing, and maintaining IT, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment. This role monitors building systems, manages customer equipment installations, handles ticketing for facility and network alerts, and operates critical infrastructure components to ensure safe and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

Install and repair IT, electrical, and mechanical equipment
