Critical Response Nurse

The Critical Response Nurse works as part of an expert clinical team in acute care, providing first-level support to bedside nurses and leading the initial assessment of critically ill patients outside of intensive care units. This role focuses on early intervention to prevent clinical deterioration, rapid escalation, and transition of patients to higher levels of care while contributing to data collection and process improvement initiatives.
