CRM Administrator - Information Technology Spec 2

The CRM Administrator provides technical, functional, and strategic leadership for Normandale Community College’s enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. This position is responsible for the implementation, administration, configuration, integration, optimization, security, and ongoing support of CRM systems that advance student engagement, recruitment, retention, communication, and other institutional priorities. The role serves as the primary CRM subject matter expert, partnering with college departments to understand business needs and translate functional requirements into effective technology solutions.
