CRM Application Administrator / Developer

The role supports the evolution of Algonquin College’s Salesforce platform by designing, developing, and administering solutions that advance institutional priorities and improve experiences for employees, students, and partners. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Solutions Salesforce, the senior‑level professional will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, implement custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components, flows, integrations, and provide ongoing support and governance.
