The Pauma Band of Mission Indians is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Cultural Resource Manager (CRM) Assistant to support the protection, preservation, and management of the Tribe's cultural, historical, and archaeological resources. This position plays an important role in safeguarding the Tribe's cultural heritage by assisting with field surveys, archaeological documentation, research, project reviews, cultural resource monitoring, and Tribal historic preservation activities. The CRM Assistant will work closely with the Cultural Resource Manager and Tribal Historic Preservation Officer (THPO) to support cultural protection requirements, including Tribal Indigenous Preservation/Protection Program (TIPA) activities, consultation, project coordination, and compliance.
