About this role

This role involves building and optimizing Customer Lifecycle Marketing campaigns from the ground up within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The position requires end-to-end ownership of campaign execution, audience segmentation, and infrastructure management to grow and retain a global community of artists. You will act as a strategic partner to the CLM Lead while managing automated journeys and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end campaign management in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Build and maintain automated customer journey workflows
Manage audience segmentation using SQL and dynamic content logic
Build and QA HTML/CSS email templates for cross-client rendering
Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance
