CRM & Client Data Specialist

The CRM & Client Data Specialist develops knowledge of Hermès' customer base to foster relationships with existing clients and attract new ones, aligning with the Maison's values. This role supports the Retail Department by enhancing stores' CRM activities through insights and tools that support regional strategy and targets. Based at the Head Office in Milan, the position requires regular travel throughout Italy to maintain close relationships with boutique teams and ensure effective implementation of CRM initiatives.
