CRM Director

The CRM Director at Paysend will own the global CRM strategy and lead the CRM team to transform it into a major growth engine alongside Performance Marketing, Organic Growth, and Referral. This role is accountable for the commercial impact of CRM across the full customer lifecycle, driving customer activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value. The position involves building a growth function, creating a culture of experimentation, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and business performance.
