About this role
The CRM & Life Cycle Marketing Specialist at 7‑Eleven Canada develops and executes data-driven CRM and lifecycle strategies to optimize customer journeys, engagement, retention, and revenue across email, SMS and in-app push. The role supports loyalty member acquisition through long-term retention while collaborating across marketing, loyalty, data and external partners. It reports to the CRM Marketing Manager within the Marketing, Communications & Digital team.
